The Technology Behind Kenzen Cookware Healthy Cookware

LifeWare Technology is a simple and effective solution to the problems associated with eating food that is cooked in conventional cookware. Oxidation During the Cooking Process Creates Free Radicals

Oxidation occurs when one atom or molecule (usually oxygen) robs a particle (an electron) of another atom or molecule. This process turns a once stable molecule into an unstable molecule, better known as a free radical.

Cooking temperatures as low as 117° F, create noticeable signs of oxidation in these molecules. Conventional cookware cannot supply valuable electrons required to stabilize free radicals.
